Already Feels Wet in Cotton Diapers

I would try the commando approach- pants/shorts but no undies. Try that for a few weeks, then gradually introduce the undies. I think it really does work. The undies can also be a reward for staying dry- you get to wear them if you keep them dry.

Oh that's a good idea, I'll try that. I got him some Thomas the train undies since he is a nut for him, and when he pooped in it I cut them off and threw them away, all making a big deal about it and he said, it's ok I'll get elmo he's so proud of himself when he goes and he's already naked, It just doesn't make sense to me why he never goes hen he's dressed.

My kids all wore cotton cloth diapers and wore more non wicking ones than wicking ones but switching them to underwear did make a difference. It is different when it is running down your legs or getting the floor wet than getting a diaper wet.
