I hate target wipes... They are always super wet on the bottom and super dry on the top. I have to use Huggies. We use fleece at every change. We have a septic and disposable liners would mess it up.

This is what I've always thought tp would do. It breaks down pretty quick once it's wet.

Re: Viva paper towels as liners??

How expensive are Viva paper towels? We're using (IIRC) Bummies liners, which are $8 for a box of 100. (They work great, and flush fine with our plumbing.)

I just bought a roll for $2.50. They are so soft! Half a sheet fits perfectly as a liner. I'm kinda bummed that you can't flush them though.

Re: Viva paper towels as liners??

I wish I had known about the Viva thing before I shelled out $8 for a package of Imse Vimse liners for using when we go out & rinsing is impossible. I HATE carrying a poopy diaper around, wetbag or no wetbag. At home we can't even flush toilet paper because there's a tree root through our sewer line and our landlord is too cheap to fix it.

I DO know however, that Bounty Basic paper towels DO NOT work for liners. I learned that the hard way.
