PM inbox/sent messages

How long should I hold onto pm messages about a b/s/t. Is it necessary? My only concern is if a concern was brought up to a moderator about a b/s/t. I am trying to manage my pm box better and stay out of a 90% full status.

I usually keep mine until feedback has been left by both parties, but if your box is getting full, you can download the contents to your computer and save them that way, then clear out your box here, but still have that downloaded record of your PMs.

I delete mine either after FB has been left for me or after 45 days. If at 45 days, they (the buyer) has not left fb for me, I leave it for them, then wait another day or 2 and delete. 45 days is the cutoff for a PP claim, so if they haven't contacted me or a mod by then, I consider it a done deal.
