Also.. I've been horrible for staying on track lately. The weather was miserable so I haven't been able to get out and do my Couch to 5K runs... and I really slacked off on the 30 Day Shred too.
I "excused" it because I was supposed to do my 2nd "week 2" c25k run on Friday last week, but I went to the doc and had him treat a wart on my foot with that liquid nitrogen freezing, so I couldn't run Friday or Saturday. Saturday and Sunday we were working on our new backyard fence, so I was "active" in that I was building a fence, but I didn't do a workout. Monday was HOT so no running outside, and as well I was working on the fence again in the evening after work. Last night I did a couple workouts from SparkPeople but didn't run (we had a really bad storm last night) or do the 30 Day Shred.

Our whole family came down with the stomach flu and it screwed everything up for two long weeks. I only had 8 days to go too. Gonna jump back into my program this weekend. Being sick for so long enabled me not to gain any weight back so that was the only perk of the dreaded stomach bug.
A week ago I also started doing the walking videos but I really miss my 30 Day Shred workouts.

This is my first post here. I just finished Day 1, workout 1 of 30 day shred. Definitely think I need to have my running shoes on next time. I was pouring buckets of sweat by the end, I am so out of shape. But, disability or not, I am not going to keep getting fatter.

Yes, definitely wear sneakers for the workouts! How were days two and three? Keep it up
![]() I have been away from home for two weeks, and haven't been doing the dvd (although, I did pack it). I look forward to getting back on track on Monday! I definitely have seen a difference in my body. I usually do the level 3 workouts, but not sure if I will be up for that after a couple weeks off!
