Spitting up in back carries
My DS is 5 mos old. I really want to try wearing him on my back, but every time I try to get him on my back, he spits up all over me. He did have reflux when he was younger, but he seems to be outgrowing it now.
When I lean over and lay him on my back he starts puking. Every time I try to tie him on, I end up having to stop 2 or 3 times to clean spit up out of my hair and neck. Sometimes I end up changing my shirt. Once I get him in the wrap and upright he's fine. I've only managed that once or twice though because I usually get fed up with the puking before then. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any way I can tie the wrap first and then put him in it? Or should I just wait on back carries until he's a little older? |
