As far as WIC, was the hemo like to test their iron? I just refused that and they don't say anything. Also, they don't require vaxes at mine or try to talk me into them. (I know you vax, so that's not an issue for you anyway )
This. My mil works in a public school and sees several cp cases on vaxed kids every year.

My understanding is that the vaccine is a 2 part series. So the first dose gives you some immunity and the second dose (given a month later) gives you full immunity (or close to it). Boosters are to give you full immunity *again*, after your immunity has waned over time. Although supposedly the cp vax doesn't have a booster schedule (unlike tetanus shots, for instance).
