Sore back?
Ive been noticing a lot of stretching going on in front the past week but the last few days my back has been pretty sore come early evening. Isnt it a little soon for backaches? I've only gained 2lbs too so its not like Im carrying a bunch of extra weight around....and its just the lower left side if it matters.....should I be concerned or no?
