What was implantation bleeding like for you?

I am a little scared. Last night I was in the bathroom. When I wiped there was bright red blood. Not a lot but enough to freak me out. I'm not hurting anywhere down there so I wiped again because I honestly wasn't sure which hole it came from lol sorry I know that's crass. But it's true. When I wiped again, nothing. This morning still nothing. Dh said it could be implantation but I didn't think implantation was bright red. So, what was it like for you?
