Okay questions.

Making sweet relish ... Do i need to peel my cucs before chopping?

Making zuchini pepper relish and it calls for green peppers, can i sub in any sweet pepper? And can i add more zuchini if i don't have enoughh pepper?

Okay one more ... And this one is really silly

I'm using 1/2 pint jars, can i still water bath as i would bigger jars?

Yes, just don't alter the total amount of the 2 combined Okay one more ...
