Twin pregnancy... update post #14

My beta draw done on 20 dpo was 7260.9, my doc and the nurse said those were crazy numbers. US is tomorrow, people are placing bets on multiples....I could care less, either way I know for sure there is one in there and if there is more, then so be it, we buy a bigger car and deal

@6 weeks (what would that be in DPO?) I was 94,000 but by week 7 I was only 112 or 114,000. The ultrasound at 7 weeks showed only one baby and one heartbeat though. I'm hoping for twins but also scared of them. I DON'T KNOW!


EDIT: So found at 6 weeks is about 28 DPO and I was 94,000 then and at 35 DPO I was 114,000. I wont be doing another ultrasound unless its needed for medical reason but its still fun to fantasize.

I am having twins and my betas were quite low at the beginning. I wouldn't put too much faith in beta #'s! What did the ultrasound show?

Had my u/s today, and we got to see the baby's hearbeat!!! And there is just ONE baby. I have to go back Monday for another u/s She thinks I have a corpus luteal cyst and she wants to see me in their other office on a more high tech machine.

Congrats! I am sure everything will be fine, don't worry about it.
How are you feeling? Unfortunately your little singleton will probably make it FEEL like you are having a twin pregnanc with betas like that!

Congrats! One baby is just as much of a blessing as twins

Yeah, that makes sense! I feel like crap with this morning (all day) sickness. I keep telling myself it's a sign of a healthy pregnancy.
