I want to eat dinner at the table as a family..

We do every night, but we are lucky to have everyone home at dinner time. The kids and I eat together at the table for breakfast, lunch and snacks when dh is not home. On weekends we eat all meals and snacks together as a family. Sometimes we have an after dinner snack together on the couch.
I wouldn't feed my kids dinner that late, but I would maybe give them a small treat to eat with dh when he eats dinner. That way, everyone's together, and it's something they will look forward to
