hoping it is really nothing! I had brown spotting and even a little pink on and off through the first trimester with my youngest. I had a subchorionic hematoma (pocket of blood in my uterus from some unknown reason), and I think the spotting was related to that. As long as you aren't bleeding heavily and you aren't cramping, there is a good chance that things are okay. Saying prayers for you!

OH FAMILY DRAMA. this is our FOURTH baby and will be our 2nd together we both had a child when we married.
I told my girlfriends and my sister, but that's it. MIL is psycho about this **** and will FLIP on us for some reason... and my family is about the same. Last pregnancy i told my mother in november and was due in FEB. LOL. i never plan on telling my nana, who thinks NO ONE should have children in this "cruel world" even though she had five..... I think we'll tell the kids around 20 weeks, but my 8yr might catch on when my hb mw starts showing up...so basically we're telling people we know will be happy, and skipping eveyrone else. LOL

As for me, i'm leaving saturday for ohio, my BFFL is having her first home birth/3rd baby SOONish. I'm NOT looking forward to driving 15 hours alone with two kids. But we do what we have to do. I'll be encapsulating her placenta for her and taking care of her/my kids. I'll stay 2-3 weeks prbly. I have to get back because i'm in school for my BSN and bella's homeschool stuff will be starting/gymnastics starts. Plus i work per diem so i'm schedule for first week of september.
I have a papsmear tomorrow, but i'm not planning on using a doctor for any of this pregnancy. I may ask her for zofran however, since i'm there.. my midwife wont start coming over till i'm closer to 12/15 weeks i imagine... i will not use a doppler and you can't really hear with the fetoscope till closer to 20ish weeks so there isnt' much to do/talk about.
I'm having transient sickness, but its mostly at night/ random times. I'm already taking a crapton of B vits so...... zofran ftw? LOL
Dh got a new puppy last week.. i want to kill it daily. German shorthaired pointer. pees on the floor one more time and it might be dinner. My 9yr beagle is NOT impressed.
I never got accepted to the fb group... any sugestions? i did send the pm.

How awesome you're encapsulating your friend's placenta! I hear you on the puppy too. I'm already talking to DH about our poor dog. He barely gets any attention as it is with Dh working all. the. time. and me running after the littles, I just can't imagine I'd remember to feed the poor thing with number 3 in the mix He's been getting really protective too, almost to the point of me being afraid of what he might do so I'm looking into our options...which are slim..sigh.

If praying is your thing, please say some for us. They couldn't find a fetal heartbeat today, even though they saw one last week and baby is measuring right on target. There is also a weird pregnancy like growth outside my uterus that they are unsure of. It has a sac, but no fetal pole or heartbeat. I did a beta today and have a follow-up ultrasound in the morning and we'll go from there, but it looks like another d&c, if not a double surgery, is in my future. I'm trying to remain positive, but it's hard when the docs aren't.
