Was taking zyrtec but it was making ^me feel sick. What other allergy med can I take?

Claritin (loratidine) and Chlorpheniramine both work and shouldn't decrease your supply

Raw, unfiltered, local honey does an amazing job with eliminating allergy symptoms. I found out purely by accident after buying some from the local farmer's market one spring. I was breastfeeding and too concerned about my supply to try any medications so I was just "suffering through". I got on a "honey kick", eating it every morning on toast (it is so yummy!) and suddenly realized my allergy symptoms were gone! I didn't know much about honey and typically bought it at the store so I was doing a little research into why it was beneficial to get "raw" and "unfiltered" and "local" (I really had no clue why local honey was so important

) and it all made sense! lol

Anywho... It's a pretty inexpensive solution to try. Best wishes!

I know about honey, but I don't really care for the taste of it. And I'm trying to cut out/back on wheat gluten so no toast. Thanks for the suggestion though.
