Yes. Put them in a ziplock bag with a small folded paper towel. That will keep them crunchy.

We eat a LOT of fresh fruits and veggies. Bell peppers are a very common one around our house. I usually prep 3 or 4 of them at a time to last a few days. They usually stay pretty good for 4-5 days

Yes, I keep them in a tupperware bowl with the lid on. They keep for several days.
