Re: TTC 30+ Aug 13-19
Thanks ladies...the nurse was lying when she said I "might have a little bit of breakthrough bleeding" from going straight from the pill to a medicated cycle. Holy crap! I still have to see if this gets heavier, but I've been crampy since the middle of yesterday & the bleeding set on w/ a vengeance last night.

Last night I didn't have a basically negative FRER like I did this morning, but now I just needed everyone to be as accepting of what is happening to me as I am. I am sad & super disappointed, but this whole scenario was very dejavu of my Dec chemical so I was more or less prepared for this. I know each pregnancy can be different, but I know my body & I knew this was just not going to end well. Hopefully the "more fertile after a m/c" will hold true for me. for your BFN.

Re: TTC 30+ Aug 13-19
hey ladies, i've been thinking of you all and am so disappointed to read about the chemical pregnancies
i suffered one in january but the 'more fertile after a m/c' theory really did apply to me- i got pregnant with the twins in feb. And for those not having major symptoms so early, try not to read too much into it. I had very minor symptoms and was SO nervous until my first appt at 7w4d. In fact, when we found out I was having twins, my doctor said, "are you SURE you aren't having extra symptoms?" it wasn't until i was well into my 2nd month that I really started to feel extra tired and sick. Hugs to you all! It's a tough road, but i KNOW all of you will be happily pregnant soon and holding a beautiful newborn soon.AFM, i'm now almost 28weeks pregnant with my boy/girl twins. I recently failed my 1 hour glucose test so am taking the 3 hour this week. I go back on Monday for an u/s to check the sizes of the twins- I've been going weekly to check on their blood flow/fluids because baby boy is measuring 30% larger than baby girl (although she's still measuring about right, he's just measuring really big). They haven't done a measurement in 3 weeks and I'm really nervous that the discordance has gotten even bigger (it started out at about 23% and within a month it was up to 30%). I also start my NSTs on monday too (earlier than 32w which is when they usually start NST with twins). We've recently moved into our new home and dh is still in CA, so I'm having to set up home and take care of the 3 kids by myself He's almost done with his master's though (just got his thesis signed off on!) and will be visiting next weekend to be here for the big kid's first day of school. He'll be here 'for good' mid-sept. He told me that I just have to hold out til then, and then I can go on bedrest or whatever I need. Hopefully I won't go on bedrest at all. This pregnancy has definitely been harder on me than I'm used to, but such a blessing. The funny thing is, 2 of my friends have found out that are having twins since I found out...1 is having identical boys and the other is having fraternal and will find out in Oct. So I think I've got some major twin mojo going on, so let me know if you want me to rub some of the twin baby dust off onto you! My best friend who's been trying to get pg for a year and lost her first pregnancy in May, is about 7 weeks pregnant and is so nervous about losing the baby again. She's asking me NOT to give her twin mojo though, since this will be her first baby. I'm just sending her all the sticky baby vibes I can muster.Anyway, I hope you all get bfp's soon and I will continue to stalk you all, i hope you don't mind! |

back! I guess I'm just a die-hard optimist....but I do understad that you know your own body better than anyone else. It's just hard for me to sit back and be anything but hopeful for you gals....now for myself on the other hand, pessimism reigns! lol!I'm not all that upset over my bfn. I kind of expect NOT to get a bfp this month. We just had too much going on. I even have some opk's that I got in preparation for ttc next month. I do confess though that the temp jump yesterday morning had me hopeful. I wasn't going to retest until Sunday, but I started looking at charts on ff last night and though maybe I have a chance after all. meh. I'm fully expecting af in a few days so I'm gonna stop wasting my ic's unless we get beyond Tuesday with no af and no big temp drop on my chart. Hugs and prayers for everyone! Why does it have to be so hard??? :/ ETA: Deanna-my ods is named Levi. Love it!

Re: TTC 30+ Aug 13-19
Well ladies - I think I am having a chemical too. After darkening up yesterday a little bit, lines this morning are lighter. Bad things happens in threes right? The next person should be lucky!
This happened to me the month before I got pregnant with my son, so I am hopeful I will still get a May baby. Plus I already created the May 2013 due date thread - I have to make it in, right? |

Well I skipped my progesterone last night & woke up to AF in full force & technically only 2 days late.
I think the saddest part for me is I was so hoping to be pregnant before my Dec loss's due date, which is Wed 8/22, not experiencing another loss. This week officially sucks.I hope you're wrong Kaycie!

I'm so sorry. We are all definitely ready for a big batch of sticky BFPs!Quote:
Ugh! This week has sucked for everyone around here, it seems! I'm just so sorry. You WILL get your happy ending! AFM - CD 13. Looks like O is going to be later than it has been in quite some time! I have yet to take an OPK today, but they finally started getting some pink in them the past day or 2 and I started having some EWCM yesterday, so hopefully it will be in the next couple of days. We just started DTD yesterday - don't want to waste the "good stuff" too early I am hoping for a dark OPK this morning. My dr's appt is Tues. It is just at a regular OB/GYN so don't know if they'll do testing for me (I hope they will) or just prescribe me Clomid. I'll be going to an actual RE in Jan when I switch insurance, but at least this will get the ball rolling.
