Sorry about your mom, I hope there's a way she can still make it. People keep saying that to me too, about being so small. A lady at the grocery store told me I'd have a 4 lb preemie, ridiculous.

Crashing your due date club! I just bought something that had a due date past Ivy's due date and thought of you ladies! (Ivy was due the end of last October.) Seeing things with expiration dates past my due date was such fun!

Thanks guys.. She thinks I can get the Dr to strip my membranes and go early, and to really whine about my way into being induced if I haven't gone on my own.. Yeeeeaahno.
I have NO desire to hurry it along. Baby will come when it comes. I can handle it, but I do like having her there. She was an OB nurse for years, and it's reassuring to have her there watching heartrate and whatnot. That said, at this point, I could totally have this kid in my living room. I'm just not worried.


I need to get knitting for my kiddo. I knitted for a sweet mama on the FB group, but I left the group, and now just need to focus on getting ready. I'll go over to the checklist thread and update my own.. Lol. I need to check in here more often. Hard to believe we're over the halfway mark in August. It seems like last week I was stoked to hit 20 weeks. It's amazing how slow that first tri goes, only to have the third fly by!

You're right, the third is SO fast. Ladies with early Oct due dates could be having babies next month already!!
