Brooklyn NY moms?

Another brooklyn mama here, from sheepshead bay. I will be making the switch to CD once i exhaust the jumbo box of diapers DH ordered earlier this month. He is skeptic about CDing, so i'm kinda nervous, but very determined to give it a shot. We don't have a washer/dryer at home, so i will need to go to the laundromat down the block, has anyone here ever been in the same situation, how did you manage?

This seems to be an older thread, but just wanted to thank you for the tip on the CD store! (I've only visited Metro Minis in Manhattan.)
