Re: Things to bring to hospital after having c/s?

I brought DH with me . It helped so much for him to fling my legs into & out of bed for me - even through my first couple days home.

I loved my yoga pants & comfy sweats after I was done bleeding heavily every time I stood up & walked around. I wore yoga pants home. But I had a couple zip up light weight bath robes I loved in the hospital!

#1 - request an abdominal binder

#2 - a Boppy

#3 - Your own pillow to sleep on! The crazier/more colorful the pillow case, the better

Nursing tops
Slippers
Yoga pants - I wore these as jammies too

Nursing bras and comfortable tanks to wear, a pillow (boppy or breast friend) and snacks in case the hospital food is gross
