Medium overnight fitteds and doublers - boy or gn

Update: Need night-time fitteds and doublers for fitteds!

I'm looking for medium boyish or gender neutral snap fitteds for a very skinny 8mo babe. Need good elastic for little thighs, and at least 3 inserts or 2 + a doubler (where does he get all that pee!?). I prefer bold prints, but not cartoon characters or traditionally boyish stuff like big monster trucks or skulls.
