easy chili for chilir cheese fries

I'm thinking of browning some ground beef and throwing it in the crockpot for chili cheese fries for dinner. However we used to use seasoning packets- but my hubby can't have MSG so here I am trying to figure out a simple and easy recipe to go over my fires.

Any help would be great!

Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Chili powder
Salt
Pepper
Touch of oregano
Cayenne

Easiest thing to do when moving on from packets is to use the ingredient list on the back as a guide and just omit what you can't have. Just adjust taste from the first time you try if it is not exactly what you want.
