BG 4.0 vs Elemental Leg elastic

Just wondering, how does the leg elastic in the elemental compare to the 4.0?
In some review pics it seems like the elemental's elastic might be looser or the leg holes might be bigger than the openings on the 4.0 or flips.

Has anyone noticed a big difference? Thanks for your thoughts!

I have all 3 and never noticed a difference until I had a newbie. I tried (new - so leg elastic wasn't loose to begin with) BGEs on my daughter and she is just now fitting in them in the legs at 8 weeks. She has pretty chunky thighs too. The flips and 4.0s fit snugger in the legs so she was able to wear them a little sooner by maybe 2-3 weeks.

So there isn't much difference unless you have a newbie but they grow into them fast.
