If he is sensitive to other types of diapers but not bamboo - then maybe synthetic fabrics are the problem. Most any type of "stay-dry" option will be some form of polyester.
Unfortunately, natural fabrics don't really feel dry because they are absorbent. But as you can see by all of the PPs, there are lots of choices for Stay-dry toppers you could try.

He wakes up at least once a night to be changed because of the wetness. I know for a fact that is the problem too because If he wakes and I change him he goes right back to sleep, and if I put him in a disposable overnight he sleeps 10+ hours without waking.
