What pants or really skinny kids?

Our Old Navy doesn't have slims in store. Walmart is all I got. They fit her nice. Dh and I joke about how she looks like a teenager in her jeans because they fit and she doesn't look like she has a spare tire. The waist is adjusted almost as small as they can go but still no puckering or weirdness- just normal looking jeans. She'd be wearing all stretch pants and dresses without them.
