Re: why do people buy blue dye tests?

Once, I bought a pack of tests that showed pink dye on the outside. I opened it to find blue. I was pretty upset because I knew about blue dye. I think it was an equate. I'm not a fan of Equate anyway and have never bought one since. I didn't like being "tricked." LOL!

Re: why do people buy blue dye tests?

I've never really had a problem with a blue dye.

I never knew there was a difference until reading some "squinter" threads. I will say that both my babies have been "surprises" and I haven't been intentionally trying to conceive where I might have researched the best tests. Both times I had missed my period so my tests showed up right away :good vibes:

I bought blue dye before, fortunately I never got evaps (did on a $tree though!) Equate fooled me because they have both blue and pink! I thought they only did pink.

Re: why do people buy blue dye tests?

I didn't even know there was such a big difference between tests until I came on here and started reading about it. Most of the cheap tests sold at store are blue dye, so that's always what I used to buy. I think it's more just not knowing any better!
