I am up 5lb again LOL This is crazy. That seems like a huge fluctuation from one day to the next. 211 yesterday, 216 today.

I'm STARVING today. Seriously. No idea what's up. Just finished AF, not particularly carb-cravings either. Just hunnnnnnnngry.

So, I suppose I'll need to work out more since I'm eating more yesterday/today.

Today was my first day of work. 10 hr shifts sucks. For now on ill be working 12hr shifts. My feet and knees hurt so bad.

I hope I have lost some weight in the am. I did crave a soda at lunch. And I had a skinny cow candy bar today too. It helped kick my choco cravings..

I know I havent been on in a while, between working and working out and being a single mom... BUT I wanted to share a picture.. I am in my underwear.. but I'm not naked.. The first was taken in January, but In June of this year I was still 272lbs.. so it's not far off.. the second was taken today!!!

January 2012: 277 pounds


September 2012 Today 245lbs.

Great job!!!! You can really see the change in your pics.

I am still hovering at 160.3. I think it is water and waste weight. I am on day 2 of no movement. I am having DHs and my 1st date night since DS4 came 5 months ago. It is also my cousin's engagement party at the same place we were married. We are going out for sushi which is healthy and low in points but will give me more water weight the next few days. Small price to pay to get out.

I have went from 247- 229. I've been STUCK at 226-229 and it's frustrating

Weight Loss Plan......I was recently diagnosed with PCOS, which my obgyn said was the cause of my weight and my struggle to lose. I started the medication metformin a month ago to help with the insulin resistance caused by the pcos. My fear? The obgyn said that no matter what I will end up with type 2 diabetes because of pcos. I want to prevent this from happening as long as possible! My plan is to STICK to a whole foods diet. I am a vegetarian that struggles with carbs/dairy. My plans for eating is proper portion sizing, vegan diet, eating clean, and juicing. My exercise plans are to start out walking daily and make it to the gym for light/beginers lifting atleast 3 times a week.

I have PCOS, too. We are at higher risk for type 2 diabetes, but not all of us get it. Staying on met and doing a diabetic diet can make it never happen.

I am into the ancestral health thing... paleo/primal etc... and I don't want anyone to think I am trying to push this on them or that I am being insensitive, but I remembered you ladies talking about PCOS and wanted to share this post from today.

Thank you!! I won't weigh myself every single day anymore. I got so irritated and I JUST now broke a plateau I've been at. It's so frustrating to not lose weight for weeks!!!

Do you use weight watchers? I've kinda been using it.. ish. I began on phentremine and that has just ruined my appetite so I have a hard time getting in enough food now.
