Vericose Veins

Anyone have any remedies to get rid of or at least minimize vaginal Vericose veins?? I know they are common and supposed to go away after pregnancy but I really don't want to that long any suggestions??

I had a VVV during my last pregnancy, had no idea you could get one there! It sucked. There really isn't much you can do I'm afraid, my OB said I could try one of those support thingies. I know standing/sitting for long periods of time made mine worse. But they really do go away after birth!

There is a support belt called the V2 by Prenatal Cradle that I just bought for this pregnancy and I am so glad I did! I so wish I would have had it for previous pregnancies and my vulvar veins that are so painful!...they are almost worse than vericose veins on the legs I think I bought mine on Amazon for around $50...so worth every penny so far!!

I'm glad that belt is working for you. I'm not showing a ton for how far along I am.. 26 weeks. I wonder if a belt would really help me yet since my belly isn't big? It's nice to know they should go away
