I think DS started taking cereal/oatmeal at 7 months-ish. No "real" solids til around 10 months or so. He is 16 months and still nursing 4-5 times per day.

Re: age you ebf til?
9m, 6m, 11.5m, 11.5m. None of them ate much in the way of solids until around 16-18mo. I mean, don't get me wrong; they ate EVERYTHING, started on regular (non-baby) foods, and weren't picky at all. But they just ate very little of it at a time. Like a tablespoon 2-3 times a day, until 16-18m, and nursed at least 8-10 times a day as well.
I didn't mind it so much until this last baby. She's 15mo and after 11+ years of cumulative bf'ing, I'm so ready for her to a little less dependent on me for food.

Re: age you ebf til?
I just flowed baby's cues. Dd was 5 months when I first gave her mashed up banana because she was grabbing for our food and opening her mouth anytime I held her while eating myself!

Re: age you ebf til?
Instead of fortified cereal, why not give her egg yolks? They are digested much better by small children and are a lot more nutritious.
My first was EBF until 7 months. I probably won't wait that long with this guy; I have other healthy stuff to give him to try, like egg yolks, whole milk yogurt, and fish eggs.
