You have to apply for swap access just like you do with coops.

They are organized swaps of various themes, you are assigned a mom and a mom is assigned you, kind of like secret santa. In this swap its a virtual shower each mom gets a package from another mom.

It is a "secret" group. You might not be able to find it with a search. There is a thread in here somewhere that has a link I think.
