If not, I'd think it's a scam.
I'm pretty sure she had good fd. I really don't want it back, esp since she used it. I don't want to be stuck reselling a wrap she possibly damaged you know?
I don't think she will go for the partial anyway. It will probably go to pp. it sucks, but i have proof she has had it for almost 3 weeks, and used it.

I once had a mama demand she wanted a refund because she said the woolies I sold her smelled like ammonia. At first I was going to give it to her because I didn't want a negative feedback, but it was a pricey woolie set and didn't want to be stuck having to resell the item again and losing all of the money on shipping and paypal fees, etc. So I told her I would check with the mods on their opinion first. I knew they didn't smell like ammonia when I sold them, as that is a pretty obvious and in your face smell, and I figured it was some sort of buyers remorse. She immediately filed a paypal claim when I said I would contact the mods and escalated and was very nasty and bullying about the whole thing. So while we were going through the whole dispute with the mods, she posted an extra fluffy happy 1st birthday to her son, look at him in his woolies thread.... And there he was wearing them. It seems like she only wanted them for birthday pictures and then wanted to return them. Mods took my side and then she ended up dropping the claim. She lied to both the mods and paypal about details of what I said. I was able to prove it with our pms. It was super frustrating and stressful.

About a year later she was caught selling the same diapers to multiple people and then hanging on to the money for a couple of weeks... then had bouncing refunds and such. Now she is barred from buying, selling, or trading on the site. Anyway, I know how frustrating it is when someone is trying to return something when they really don't have a good reason to! I really don't think she deserves any sort of refund at all after having it for that length of time. Good luck!

Re: Buyer requested a refund, what should I do?

honestly i wouldnt offer her a darn thing, you described the flaw, shes had it for 3 weeks and has been using it with her child, its hers now, if there is damage, its probably something she caused and thats not something you are responsible for. Id retract the offer and just let PP decide

from what youve posted i think they will rule in your favour

Well she said she doesn't want a partial refund anyway. So i guess pp will decide because I'm not giving in easy to this. If the flaws were there, she should have said something when she first got it, not after using it for over 2 weeks.

Im just irritated and frustrated. I hope they rule in my favor. I gave them info on the tags, the flaws and how they arent dangerous as she claimed and pics of her using it

I agree with you and hopefully they will as they should. Especially with her using it.

Re: Buyer requested a refund, what should I do?

Just the fact that she has had it for 3 weeks is enough, IMO, for pp to side with you.

wish me luck.
I escalated it to a claim. I hope PP sides with me. I gave them pictures, word files of her PMs, links to forum threads regarding the "different tag" and repairing the flaws.
