Anybody on hospital bed rest or bed rest in general for a while?

My dr has me in the hospital because my cervix has shortened a little more and I was having some light contractions. They have almost stopped and my cervix gets checked tomorrow. I'm just over 24 weeks and want to go as long as possible. Was anybody in this early and how did you make time past? I may be able to go home later but I think I will be here for at least a few weeks.
