UTI and TTC advice please

I get UTIs soooo easily. TMI but as sooon as DH is done I have to run to the bathroom or else I get one. Normally not a problem but now that I am TTC I want the swimmers to stay in a little longer. Any suggestions?

What about instead cups? It would keep the stuff in without it getting to your urethra and you can still pee to keep any bacteria from entering your urethra. I used them when TTC my 2.5 year old. He can do the job in them and you can insert...OR you can insert it right after DTD to keep swimmers next or on your cervix.

I am super prone to UTIs as well. While TTC, I would just lie there for about 5 mins after with my knees to my chest, then go.
