As long as you're comfortable I say go for it. Myself, I did it but could only tolerate short amounts of time because of the pressure it exerted on my hips as I was dealing with some sciatic issues.

If you can do it without pain later on, then go ahead...but, if you are waking up with more pain than usual, don't do it.. it's not worth hurting yourself.

I am 22 weeks and still carry my 13 month old ds in his Ergo. I plan to until it gets uncomfortable.
