Re: KAL! Sept 16-22. Knit a present!

I LOVE the carter costumes at costco. We picked out the lion one when we were there last and Emily put it on and started barking like a dog. She thought she was my parents dog Maggie, she was a chow chow

Re: KAL! Sept 16-22. Knit a present!

My mom came across an after Halloween sale at kmart last year a few days after. All the costumes and decorations were 90% OFF!!! So she grabbed almost everything they had! LOL We now have hw costumes from infant to adult sizes, about 25 total! We use them as dress-up play.

I just went yarn shopping at webs and spent $104! Yikes! When it's time to buy solids for stock supply, I always buy enough to get the 25% off discount. It stinks to see the paypal dwindle that fast though!

I'm about halfway done with the HH. I'm hoping to finish tomorrow. :0)

I made up my own pattern and made stockings for us. They ended up nice. My mom hand sewed/quilted all of the "adult" children's but bought for all of the grandkids. DH's family doesn't do stockings.

Confusing stuff.

DH didn't work this afternoon. How does a sick kid that doesn't sleep half the night have so much energy during the day. He was into everything and making messes. I couldn't work, get DS's work done, and watch the little beast. And, I am starting to not feel well. Don't think I'm sick yet, just feeling blucky.

OH, Erica, I just looked in my Cascade drawer and I have some red that was once a romper then frogged. I didn't weigh it, but it is probably between 1-2 ounces. Let me know if you want it.
