Happens to my ds, especially if the ceiling fan is on. I believe it's called shrinkage.

My sons looks like you are describing. I have pulled it back everyday to keep it from reattaching. This is what our pedi said to do. If it reattaches they will have to circ again. His also disappears inside his skin often. I just press the skin back and clean it real good. So far my DS's hasn't reattached. We hope to keep it that way.

Mama- everytime you pull it back and rip the skin apart you are creating more scar tissue on this penis. It is reattaching to try to heal/ correct the circ. The skin is meant to be there and reattches b/c thats were it is supposed to be. It will release when it would have naturally if the child had been left intact.

American doctors (for the most part) dont understand intact penis so they tell you to retract b/c they dont understand that it is the penis trying to heal itself. It will release when its ready.

There is no scar tissue anywhere bc it was never attached. After the plasti bell fell off we pull it back to clean it so it doesn't reattach and him have to have another circumcision.
