Ergo organic or performance?

Have always been a die hard Mai Tai lover, but the other day I used a friends ergo, and Let's just say I want one
So...does anyone know what makes the performance different than the others? I obviously know the organic is organic, but does anyone have pro/cons for these? Thanks SO much!!

I don't have the performance. But I thought the fabric was supposed to be more breathable so maybe it's better for hotter climates? I have the original personally, which I love. I *think* the original and organic styles have more padded shoulder straps as well.
