Blueberry Covers vs Swaddlebees Capris

Saw them on the same website... Are they really different?!? They look exactly the same?

Oh! I saw the videos of them. The capris have flaps, like flips. I get it now.

Re: Blueberry Covers vs Swaddlebees Capris

coveralls don't have the flap on the front and back on the inside that keeps the inserts in place...also the blueberry coveralls is a one-size cover whereas the capri has 2 sizes...

I also poked around the rest of the Swaddlebees site. Omg. Their newborn diapers just made me ovulate. I'm certain of it.

Ok not really.

But seriously!! So adorable!!!

How do they compare to Bumgenius and Flip? I live in Portland, or - right near the Cotton Babies - and so BGs and Flips were the first and only thing I've used so far and my DD is PLing. I still do the 4.0 pockets and night and use flip covers for outings, but at home we're in trainers.

I love my BGs and flips. My only complaints have ever been that I wish the snaps were off set (DD has thunder thighs) and the flaps on the flips were really skimpy and didn't hold anything in place at all.

If/when we have another baby - I'm really curious to try their Fitteds with Capri covers, some newborn simplex, and then probably will do fitteds until baby is walking, then just do an EC style thing where we do trainers at home all the time and only use covers or AIOs when we go out.

I would just hate to miss out on all the cute fluff bc I know things change quite often in cloth diaper world and baby #3 is at least 5 years off.

The fit of the Blueberry pockets is very similar to the 4.0s although the Blueberries are slightly bigger. The BB/SB stuff is higher quality but it's also pricier. I love my BG products too, for the record.

I like the snap placement on their products a lot but my DS has skinny little legs so maybe someone else can chime in. I would not buy Capris to use over fitteds - save a few bucks and get the Blueberry Coveralls instead. They are essentially the same but they don't have the inner flaps (which you don't need for fitteds anyway). I have some Coveralls and Capris and they're both great covers.
