We add it to our "meat"balls, cookies, and breads (can substitute 1/2 buttet for pureed avacado.

I put it is cowboy caviar. Recipe:

10 oz can of rotele tomatoes (with the juice)
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn
2 avocados
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup of cilantro
1 tbls of red wine vinegar
1 tsp of salt
1tsp pepper
2 tbls of olive oil
Tobasco to taste

I put lots of avocado and tobasco in mine.
