no exercise yet. Except walking to parks, etc. I was running 5miles when I found out I was pregnant, but that was early in the morning and now I'm so nauseated first thing in the morning, there's no way I'm getting up 2 hours early to eat, exercise and get cleaned up.

hoping that with my walks, I'm staying active enough for now and then hopefully when I don't feel so bad, I will be able to start them up again. I'm just a little picky about the 'when'. It needs to be first thing in the morning. I like to keep my routine.

It sounds gross to microwave the meat, but I'm telling you, it cools off immediately and I can't tell at all. I skillet heated-up the lunch meat when we were camping and that was messy cause I didn't want to put oil or anything on the pan.. but still super yummy.

I go to the YMCA 3-5 days a week. I have always loved to run and take classes at the gym so I have just continued that routine. My classes are at 10am so I have time to get moving in the morning and feeling better before I hit the gym. I need that time at the gym for my mental health!!!

I have high aspirations of doing yoga daily through pregnancy, but even without any m/s, I never get around to it. I'm just too tired!
