What is your favorite way to cook eggs?!

I am a pregnant mama trying to eat more protein and would love to eat more eggs rather than meat. I am yet to find an awesome quiche recipe that I want to make again, and otherwise... I only cooked scrambled eggs with salt and pepper! What else do you do with eggs?? I'd love ideas and recipes if you have them!
