I haven't weighted myself in a while. Im also eating kinda junky and the scale said I lost 11lbs. Im going to assume it is lieing to me and most of it is water loss since I have been having a hard time drinking enough fluid at work.

I have made an effort the last two days to eat better and drink more. I hope it's helping. I"ll let you know for sure tomorrow when I weigh in. Off to go fill my first water bottle of the day. My goal is three bottles a day at work and then I tend to drink a glass at dinner and a glass with my evening meds so it adds up to my 8 servings. But it's really a struggle to get my water bottles down during the day.

I seem to be resting at 151.4 which I will take right now as I ate some mini muffins last night. Hopefully I will start to lose again soon. I rather stal in the 140s than here.

If you like lemon, add fresh lemon. I have a hard time with noncarbinated water. I have to drink seltzer or sparkling water.

At least over time it is steadily moving. I've been stalled on the same three lbs since MAY I am so ready to loose and actually have it stay gone. Hoping you can see the 140's soon. Hoping we both can really.

I hope we both can too. I cannot calorie count lower than I already am. I might add some calories back and see what happens.

That is part of my problem, I like carbonated things, my budget does not. It feels so wasteful to spend that much and then I want to add flavor too because I love flavor. So I force myself to just drink the water from the water cooler in the office. I allow myself one bottle a day with a shot of flavor or crystal light. Oh, and I think water with lemons tastes nastier than plain water.
