What to say to nosy people

After 10 years of getting these comments, I'm finding that open rudeness is the only way they stop. The last time someone asked when we were having a second, my respons, I don't know the last 6 have died, why don't you tell me when you think I"ll have a second. I used to try funny, or deflection but it never worked. Now I'm just blunt and it seems to help. So sorry you're going through this, I"ve been there, and still am there and it stinks. It took us 5 years to have our first and it was agonizing. I also wasn't as open then as I am now.
