You are so lucky you like water. I've never liked water, in fact, so much so that I never drank it plain until I was trying to loose weight and I've just found that plain water seems to really kick start me into loosing again. When I drink other stuff it doesn't seem to come off as easily. I hear you on insanity. I'm very "un-fit" if that makes sense. I thought I was going to die doing 30 DS and never actually could do level three all the way through. So insanity, no way, couldn't do. Maybe some day, but not right now.

I was talking about my worry with insanity and my husband, whom is in amazzzzing shape, volunteered to do it with me

Now most times I'd be embarrassed about my fitnessbut I'm exited to try it together!

I'm craving eggs. Luckily with 25 chickens, we have plenty. I think for lunch I'm going to fry eggs and cut up tomatoes with them.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Oh, my kids would LOVE your house! Our neighbor at our last place had chickens and the boys went down every day to see them.

We are having some fresh veggies tonight! I cannot wait. I am hoping to lose my sandwich pound. Got the water and no carbs today.

Sounds awesome!!! I have gained back up to 153.1 but think I am cycling. I do this once and awhile. My body holds waste and fluids for a few days, then once I go to the bathroom, I am less than where I started. I hope this is one of those times. I have not eaten out of my point range. I had some bread a couple days ago and I think that started the constipation cycle. Last night I had veggies, so that should help with extra fiber. I will have more veggies today too to help move things along.

Eating is going well today and now were going swimming at the hot springs. Going to try to get some water aerobics in while I'm there
