I just washed a few of my Alvas for the second time and one completely delaminated. So quality doesn't seem that good...

1 of my 18 has delaminated, but it has been a few months of having them.

the dg ones and minky outers are bigger than the solids and prints (dgs being the biggest). I can use the dg and minkys on my almost 40lb 4.5yo!

the regulars do leave red marks on my ds though. He is well w/in the weight range too.

there is is thread on here somewhere which lists all the various styles according to their numbers and lots. If you do a search you may find it, or start a thread asking for it b/f you buy b/c I found the sizing irregular.

They have an excellent warranty. Just email them, send a picture of the delamination, and they will send you a new one.

fwiw, I have never had any of my alvas delaminate and I have a few that have been in us for almost 2 years. I'm not an expert on them though as I primarily use FB and BG. They are washed on hot and dried in a dryer.

Thanks, but I really don't care for them, so I'm not sure if I really want it replaced

It appears that Alva Baby copied Fuzzi Bunz's warranty clauses. They even left in "Perfect Size" in one of the sections.
