baby hemorrhoids?

DD is 6mo old and has been EBF. She started organic rice cereal last week and this is her first week having a small amount every day. I've also let her try a bit of carrot, apple and peach this week. But she's not really eating it just chewing. She's been pooping regularly so constipation has not been an issue. But today when I was wiping her up I noticed a small bump sticking out of her rectum. It didn't seem to bother her when I wiped several times and took a closer look. Of course we will visit the pedi on Monday but I was wondering if any one else has seen this.
