Jaundice is a pet issue of mine because my son may be damaged from jaundice, so I definitely feel a knee jerk reaction when people say jaundice is not a problem. It can be a major life long problem. And actually, I need to just stop there because I'm positive that what I have to say will not be welcome here. Just be proactive about jaundice because it can severely damage your baby's brain.
And lastly, a healthy baby is born with the amount of blood volume and blood pressure they need. If they do not have it, it wasn't because of the cord but because your baby has very serious medical problems.
