Sorry so long but finding a third day is getting hard. I dont have a jogging stroller so i cant go home and run and then lift right after
I say do it when you can. You are supposed to not get on a strict routine as you will stop losing weight as your body adjusts to the routine. You have to shake it up a bit. So not being able to do things the same all the time may really work for you in the long run.

As for me, I am back down to 154.9. So I am barely there but at least what ever is going on is starting to go away. I hope it will keep going fast. I do not want to be stuck here. I would like to get back to 152 before I get stuck.

Well I ended up giving in and having a full piece right before bed . I did good otherwise though.

Pizza is hard to resist for sure. I would have had some too. I am hoping my chicken/veggie soup will help me drop what I regained last week. All I did different last week was have some bread and ate tuna w/o bread for lunch one day. You would have thought I ate a cake with gaining 4 lbs back.

i weighed this morning at 196.5! Which is crazy b/c I was back up to 198 all day yesterday.

haha, I don't get the spongebob hate. Whenever I was in prenatal yoga and we did hula hips all I could think of was that thing he does where he says "take it around town!"

I fell off the no sugar wagon this weekend and am getting back on it as of today. Been doing good so far except for the piece of PB cookie I had. I tried a new recipe (I rarely bake) for DD's lunches and wanted to make sure it came out good (she's not home so she can't try it for me)
I will resume no sugar for the rest of the day. I also lifted today and I feel kind of good
