I am getting a Rhogam shot today. They did an ultrasound, baby is in the right place but has no heartbeat. I have to go back to the OB in a few days to have a follow up ultrasound and blood draw. My level is 7000 at 5 weeks 5 days.
I am just hoping it's too early for the heartbeat today.

I don't think I had RhoGam until much later. It could still be early for a heartbeat.

I don't think they expect to see a heartbeat until 6weeks or even 6w1d.

I'm not worried as she said that it might just be too early for a heartbeat. I am supposed to do another beta draw in a few days to make sure my levels double. Since I had spotting, that was the main concern. The spotting is gone now, but I'm going to keep an eye on things for a while.

They also ruled out ectopic pregnancy since baby is in utero! I am going to just relax for the next few days until my blood draw.
