Bad day today I didnt over eat but when I did it was crap food, but I was away from home so that does me in.

I made a "healthy" pizza (spinach, tomatoes, cheese only) and pigged out. Probably too many carbs but I didn't eat much earlier in the day.

Wow! Even after pigging out I did the math and still have 160 calories left over. I'm going to try to resist snacking them away but no promises.

Hi! I need some accountability and maybe posting my weight online will help. I am the heaviest I have EVER been! Even more than pregnant with an 11 pound beast

Um...Can I admit that I have never been to a gym and have never consciously exercised. I don't have a car so before I married my husband I walked/bussed it everywhere. Now he drives to the corner store.
I want to exercise but am super pathetic and scared of going to the gym and being that woman that falls off the treadmill or something.

Good call . I do great when I stay home but eating away from home gets me probably because I don't buy anything good to eat here

haha, story of my life! When SO and I first got together we didn't have a car and I worked as a busser. We had to walk everywhere. I was in some great shape too! We actually didn't have a car often when I was pregnant and when DS was little so we had to walk two miles to town to get groceries, go to the bank, etc...At the time it sucked but necessity is the only way I get exercise. Now I stay home like all the time b/c I don't have a stroller and DS is so heavy to wear.
