We had pork parmesan... Yummy. DH is out tonight and I had pork chops defrosted in the fridge to eat. Then, the kids requested chocolate custard for dessert, but as I was making that, the neighbour dropped off some Italian ricotta lemon cake. Two desserts! What are you going to do?
