I'm going to say 25-35 lbs. they have adjustable snaps. My DS is 27 but extremely skinny (ie: tall) for his age/weight. they should fit an average build child @ 25 lbs. but maybe a slimmer child in a 3T size.

Hahaha! I saw this thread under the current thread listing and didn't bother to look at the category. When I saw "wonder under", I assumed Lululemon... then I saw the pics and thought "Diapers!!! WTH???"... I'm on Diaper Swappers, duh!
